• Fully automatic and compact bun production line
• Based on a Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder from 2009, which is rotary
• 2-row operation
• Manual removal of products from the discharge conveyor
• Marking station with easily replaceable tools;
includes heads for: Kaiser rolls and Korinsky buns
• Integrated elongation and flattening unit
• Weight range:
- for marked buns from 25g to 75g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pieces/h to 2,640 pieces/h,
- for unmarked buns 80g - 125g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pieces/h to 3,960 pieces/h.
• Fermentation time: approx. 6 minutes at an output of 2,000 pieces/h
• Dough types: wheat, whole wheat, yeast dough, donuts.
• Single-person operation
