Machine Characteristics
Comes out of the well-known and proven concept of the Amiga laminator. Thanks to modular design, the embossing module is in fact “inserted” between the laminating unit and separator of standard Amiga.
The solution, with two processing units in a row, makes it easy to switch from standard single side lamination to embossing, which creates a special pattern on the laminated surface.
7 standard patterns available. Special patterns on demand.
First unit for lamination is always activated and works with IR heated cylinder. Second unit is activated only when embossing is needed. The pattern is created due to sheet preheating before the processing unit and high pressure of PUR roller pressed to the structured cylinder.
The cooling of the embossing cylinder helps to "freeze" the pattern to the laminated substrate.
Basic configuration
Feeder:
Komfi single action feeding head.
Sheet overlap sensor for protection of pressure roller from film sticking in case of a miss-feed.
Additional separation adjustable blowers for reliable separation of sheets from the pile.

”On-the-fly” side-adjustable unwind air expansion shaft for 3″ reel core.
Adjustable spread roll for perfect smoothing of difficult film before lamination roller.

Temperature sensor inside the cylinder for extremely precise regulation.
Rubber coated pressure roller for laminating unit, PUR pressure roller for embossing unit.
