The Lamina Gluer is a manually fed, in-line folding, gluing, and taping machine. Thanks to its smart design, it can handle different sizes and materials.
Tool-free setup enables quick changeovers, even for short production runs. Optional machine features include cold glue, rear support unit, working station, tape applicator, and more.
The Lamina Gluer is a straight-in-line gluing machine built on a robust frame made of extruded, anodized aluminum profiles. The machine offers manual feeding as standard, with an optional automatic feeder for die-cut, creased, and slotted materials. The operator positions the blanks, and the hot melt unit applies adhesive as the material passes through the machine. Glue line length and exact position can be pre-set using a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a touchscreen interface. A system of pressure rollers ensures perfect adhesion and guides glued blanks onto a pull-out tray, which is easily adjustable for various sizes. The machine comes equipped with adjustable and interchangeable side guides, enabling efficient gluing of 2-piece boxes. The Lamina Gluer is supplied ready for connection to electric and pneumatic systems.
The Lamina Working Station is an additional option for the Lamina Gluer. Products are fed through the Gluer, which applies pre-programmed glue lines, and continue into the Working Station, where they are positioned on vacuum belts. A second piece is mounted and positioned using side lays and pneumatic stops for high-quality finishing. The unit can be adjusted for a wide range of products, from single- to multi-part displays and boxes, large back supports, shelves, and more.
Transport
The material is conveyed by four vacuum belts that bring the sheets to a stop bar for subsequent operations. The vacuum is generated by a fan that secures the sheets for optimal handling and precise registration. During production, the operator has full access above the sheets for additional mounting, thanks to the vacuum belt design.

Pressure Rollers
Material passes through two pressure rollers at the machine’s end for optimal adhesion.
Registration
Registration accuracy is +/- 1 mm and is achieved by a combination of photocell sensors and pusher guides. The operator uses a side lay guide to simplify the mounting process at the station.
