Technical details:
A double-shell thermal insulation of the wood dryer guarantees excellent insulation properties. The inner wall cladding is made from 1.5 mm thick, seawater-resistant special aluminium and is tightly welded. The outer cladding consists of stucco trapezoidal and stucco smooth sheet metal. The thermally insulated floor is designed as a tightly welded stainless steel tray and is permanently resistant to aggressive wood substances. The wood dryer should be installed on a stable, level surface; no special continuous foundation is required!

A front door with a wide opening angle and all-round rubber seal ensures convenient operation and high steam tightness. An aluminium trolley for side loading and unloading, along with interior rails and removable exterior rails, enables comfortable and space-saving loading.

Efficient and uniform longitudinal ventilation of the wood stack is ensured by a powerful radial fan (0.55 kW) mounted on the end face. The chamber is heated by electric heating rods with a heating capacity of 6.0 kW. Excess moisture is extracted via servo-controlled 100 mm intake and exhaust dampers. Chamber humidity can be increased if necessary by cold water atomization. 140 straight aluminum stacking battens are included in the delivery.

The standard PLC control (SPS) regulates the drying process fully automatically and, thanks to a 7'' color touch panel, offers user-friendly operation. Simply enter three parameters:
1. Wood species
2. Lumber thickness
3. Desired final moisture content
Based on this data, the system optimally controls the drying process, allowing you to obtain your wood in the desired quality in a short time.

The standard control equipment includes:
- 3 pcs. wood moisture measuring points with drive-in electrodes and sensor cables
- 1 pc. wood equilibrium moisture measuring point
- 1 pc. air temperature sensor
