Lower Scoring Saw Unit
This unit is used for milling balance scores on the lower edge of worked lamellas with a width over 200 mm. The saw blade is mounted directly onto a flat motor using a flange. Horizontal movement is pneumatic with a saw stroke of approx. 150 mm (movement within the gap between boards; activated by a mobile spot sensor). The scoring zone is set manually, and the travel distance is displayed on a counter.
Vertical movement uses a pneumatic cylinder with a saw stroke of approx. 30 mm (to allow quick switching between lamellas with/without balancing slots during processing). The end stop for scoring depth is set manually, and travel is displayed on a counter. Lamellas must be fed into the machine individually, one by one (not in continuous push feed).
