This allows large amounts of measurement points to be collected in a short time, enabling efficient mapping of shape, contours, and deviations.

The TP200 probe is suitable for highly accurate contact measurements, for example, of holes, surfaces, edges, and other geometric features. This allows both freeform shapes and critical dimensions to be accurately checked.
