Falling-film evaporator – unused –

The machine consists of three units that need to be connected in series:

- Evaporator (58 pipes), Length: 12.000 mm
- Condenser (19 pipes), Length: 15.000 mm
- Condenser (48 pipes), Length: ca. 15.000 mm

All units are unused and made of stainless steel (AISI 304 / 1.4301).
The evaporator was designed for the production of protein powder (dairy industry) and represents the final element of a drying chain. It evaporates the remaining water in the dryer and thus leads to a high concentration of the end product.

Since the units have never been in use, they are in excellent quality. Sale without electrical components or control panel.
