Meat is fed from a preceding hopper into the buffer screw conveyor.
The screw buffers the meat within the first 6.5 m and then disperses and accelerates the product over the final 2.9 m, conveying it onto a trough belt for further processing.
Alternatively, both drives can be operated synchronously for continuous conveying.
Because the machine is mounted on load cells, the volume/weight can also be determined.
