3-way tipper body with Fassi F195A.2.24 crane mounted directly behind the cab (Crane with top features: radio remote control, hydraulic outriggers with radio operation, work lights, etc.)

Subframe: Sturdy welded steel construction with two longitudinal beams and crossmembers to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm base plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. Fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall with 2 round lashing eyes inside, on the outside at mid-height. Fixed corner stakes with lower locks. Tailgate and side walls (one-piece, full length) made from aluminum hollow profiles; side walls foldable and swinging with board lifting aids. Tailgate also foldable and swinging, with central locking integrated into the tipper section. Floor plate made from 4 mm Hardox or Naxtra, neatly welded with the tipper profile and longitudinal/crossmembers. Press traverse and tipping outrigger sunken and reinforced in the longitudinal beams. Lashing eyes (4 per side) recessed in the outer tipper floor over the length. Steel construction in St 52-3. All steel parts sandblasted, superstructure parts finished in RAL 9016 (single color) painted or powder coated.
Subframe: Subframe designed to hold front and rear tipper outriggers, with press traverse and crossbeams. In crane mount area, closed as box section with side crane mounting plates. Existing plastic mudguards on vehicle will be utilized and, if needed, modified.
Hydraulics: Installation of pneumatic control valve (for tipper/crane/trailer) in cab and complete hydraulic system including all piping/connections for the three-way tipping body, trailer tipper hydraulics, and loading crane. Delivery and installation of suitable axial-piston constant pump.
Special Equipment:
- Fixed rear corner posts
- Lift assists for side walls
- Eight lashing eyes left & right recessed in the floor (4 per side)
- Hydraulic system for crane/tipper/trailer switchable via valve in the cab
- Positioning of underrun protection, rear lights, and supply lines to the left
