The SPB 110T × 3200 press brake is a precision electro-hydraulic CNC machine designed for professional sheet metal bending in both individual and series production. With a 110-ton pressing force and 3200 mm working length, the machine offers a wide range of applications for manufacturing plants, metalworking workshops and sheet metal processing companies.
The machine uses an electro-hydraulic servo synchronization system combined with linear scales monitoring the position of the ram. This solution ensures high accuracy, stability and repeatability throughout the bending process.
### HACO 70 CNC CONTROL – 4+1 AXES
The machine is equipped with a HACO 70 CNC controller, allowing precise programming and control of bending parameters and individual machine axes.
Y1 – left side of the ram: controls the precise positioning of the left side of the bending ram. Its position is continuously monitored by the measuring system.
Y2 – right side of the ram: controls the right side of the ram. Independent control of the Y1 and Y2 axes enables accurate synchronization of both sides and maintains the correct ram position throughout the bending cycle.
