MKN Optima 850 Gasausführung

This is a 190-liter rectangular boiling kettle (gas version) from the premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850 (10018809). The kettle can be easily emptied via a safety discharge tap. It features a thermostatic temperature controller, automatic operating water monitoring and replenishment, as well as permanent readiness for operation. The fast steam system (Vapro) ensures short heating times, while the double-jacketed kettle with a separate (integrated, maintenance-free) steam generator reduces energy and water consumption and provides high efficiency for rapid heating. The unit has undergone a new inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The kettle is in good used condition.
