Over the past few years, numerous system components have been modernized or completely replaced and upgraded.

The system was decommissioned in Q1-2025, but can be reactivated and operated at any time if required. All components remain on standby and can be started up and demonstrated on site.

The system features one manual and two automatic spray booths (which can be operated simultaneously). The maximum workpiece dimensions that can be coated across all booths are 7000x2300x800 mm.

The entire conveyor system is supplied by CSF.

All system controls, including a visualization system, all control cabinets, all frequency inverters, as well as many other components have been completely renewed within the last 5–7 years.

There is no maintenance backlog; the system has been regularly and meticulously serviced by our own maintenance department and the respective manufacturers.
