It adopts a frame-type structure, consisting of worktable vertical plates, left and right side plates, and connecting beams. It is integrally welded with steel plates, featuring high rigidity, high strength and excellent resistance to torsional deformation. Internal stress is eliminated through processes such as surface shot blasting, ensuring long-term stability of the overall machine precision. During bending, the deformation of the upper slide and worktable is minimal, which guarantees excellent straightness and angular consistency of workpieces.
Die and Clamping Device
It is composed of upper and lower dies, featuring high precision, premium quality and long service life. The upper die is mounted on the slide block, securely fixed by a precision quick-release clamping device. The lower die adopts a dual-V concentric design, allowing for fast and convenient die changeover, effectively reducing operator labor intensity, and significantly improving overall production efficiency.device. Position data is fed back to the CNC system, which outputs signals to control the hydraulic proportional servo valves, ensuring accurate synchronization of the two cylinders.
Backgauge System
