Blanching bath with steam for Salmon pieces. Blanching area 3000 mm. Mesh belt width 600 mm. Fish loading at the entrance (manually) – Water supply from system D – 40 mm. Steam supply 30 mm, 6-8 bar 150gr. Bath with double wall (heated). Lids can be lifted. Two hatches in the side wall.
T regulation from 70-95 grC, mesh belt speed adjustable - from the control cabinet Ventilation outlet for the bath 200mm. Cooling in the exit area - cold water from the system. Level overflow. Water level sensor in the bath - for filling the bath.
Steam heating - snake. Closed system. Knife at the end of the mesh belt (belt cleaning).
