• B-axis rotary table (indexable)The following repairs were made: 12/2022 – replacement of the control unit (U2319 – Replacement of the ATC gearbox 05/2022 – Replacement of the X-axis telescopic cover (H1090-0025-98-2) Replacement of small parts took place regularly (hoses, sensors, bulbs, etc.). The condition of the spindle is fine, without major damage. Until the last moment, the machine produced accurately and within tolerance. Regarding the non-functional tool change gearbox – there is increased clearance in the gearbox, so when changing the tool, when entering the spindle, it is not in the optimal spindle axis. The bearing/cam/ is probably damaged in the gearbox. Service work is performed by an authorized service for OKUMA machines.
