Completely overhauled OPS Ingersoll Gantry 800 Eagle die-sinking EDM machine – mechanically and visually in top condition

The machine has been thoroughly and professionally overhauled in our facility and is in excellent condition both technically and visually.

During the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced as necessary, including but not limited to ball rollers and drive spindles. A comprehensive geometric measurement, alignment, and additional verification using a laser measurement system were carried out afterwards.

The machine bed as well as the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, have been completely renewed.

Additionally, the machine has been completely repainted and is also visually in an extremely well-maintained condition.

The generator and control system have been cleaned and technically checked. The generator’s climate control unit has also been cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation.

Finally, the machine underwent extensive EDM testing in accordance with OPS Ingersoll’s quality and inspection standards.

The machine is immediately ready for operation and ideally suited for reliable production use.
