Our refurbished SIMA 220 from PALAMIDES collects, counts, sorts, checks and packs your bulk mailings cost-effectively and reliably. At a speed of up to 28,000 items per hour, letters are transferred directly from an upstream inserting or addressing machine and deposited fully automatically into letter containers in accordance with postal regulations. The letter containers are automatically taken from a magazine, which can be preloaded with around 10 containers.

The integrated belt turner also ensures that letters from different pre-machines can be transferred and deposited in the letter container in accordance with postal regulations.

Only the good ones get through Incidentally, the SIMA 220 also checks every single letter for the correct format and specifically rejects any that do not comply. This ensures that no incorrectly addressed envelopes or the like go through the post.
