Rational UVP CD 61/101/E

This is an UltraVent Plus hood from Rational, type UV PLUS 61/101/E, built in 2023. It can be used for the following Index series: Index H and I, also for DUO units or stand-alone units. This hood not only captures escaping vapors but also eliminates odors and smoke. No exhaust air duct is required. An LED light automatically indicates when the filter needs to be changed. This model features stainless steel louvre filters and a pre-filter mat behind them. This protects the activated carbon filter, the heart of the hood, from rapid contamination and offers optimal functionality. This Plus condensation hood is ideal for use in the front of the cooker, in enclosed spaces, or for show cooking. Retrofitting and installation on the Rational SCC WE 61/101 can be carried out without much effort. The hood has been tested in our in-house workshop and is fully functional with a 6-month warranty.
