Equipped with two automation units – a loading unit and an unloading unit – the LaserFLEX enables the decoupled feeding of a laser cutting system.
After the cutting process, a fork unit lifts the processed metal plate from the shuttle table. At the same time, a new sheet is transported from the connected storage area by a vacuum unit. As soon as the plate is positioned next to the laser system, the unloader loads the system with the workpiece. This process takes only one minute. With the LaserFLEX, downtimes of integrated laser cutting systems are virtually zero, as even lasers with high processing speeds are optimally supported.
