1. Freeze Drying Capacity: Wet input 1 kg. per shift. On a higher side, each shift shall be of 8 to 8.5 Hrs. The wet input can either be biological cultures, enzymes, polymers, extracts, sprouts, vegetables, fruits, nutraceuticals, herbs, spices, sea foods, instant curries/gravies etc. of minimum 15% solids.

2. Residual moisture: Final moisture content on the product shall be less than 4%.

3. Compressed air: Maximum pressure 5Kg/Sq.cm. Flow rate 3 cubic Meter/Hr.
