Risco RS503

We offer the RISCO RS 503 vacuum stuffer with burger attachment— a professional set for large meat processing plants and ready-made meal producers. The machine is ideal for the production of burgers, cutlets, meatballs, minced meat products, and classic sausages, ensuring high efficiency, repeatable portion weight, and excellent stuffing structure.

The RS 503 model (2005) is equipped with an advanced RS 70 linear grinder, which grinds the stuffing directly during filling. This system guarantees a uniform structure, better consistency, and higher total yield of the final product. The stuffer operates at a capacity of up to 6,500 kg/h, and the portioning speed reaches 700 portions per minute, which allows it to handle lines with very high production loads.

The large 350 l hopper is designed to work with 200 l trolleys, and a special feeding system ensures continuous, even filling of the vane pump chambers – without voids or air intake. The burger attachment, mounted with the stuffer, forms uniform patties from the minced meat onto a conveyor belt, creating a complete line for the production of burgers ready for further heat treatment or packaging.

The device is controlled by a panel that allows for easy setting of parameters: stuffing and grinding speed, grinder power, portion size, operating modes, and quick program changes. Thanks to high-performance servo drives, the RISCO RS 503 stuffer can be quickly connected to other devices, such as automatic clippers, dividers, formers, or packaging systems.
