Samzon PT1800-20

Samzon Pile Turner PT1800-20 is a stationary stack-turning machine used to rotate pallets, erect products, change pallets or damaged pallet layers. This machine can be used for very long pallets – up to 3500 mm – and the platforms can move down to a minimum of only 400 mm. The pallet is fed into the machine using a pallet lifter or pallet truck. The machine can either rotate the product 180 degrees or up to horizontal level, depending on the need. The platforms are pressed together against the pallet and stopped by a pressure switch, which can be easily adjusted.

When changing pallets, either due to a defective pallet or to change to a plastic pallet, the new pallet is placed on top of the product. The platforms press down on the product, rotate 180 degrees, and the product is now on its new pallet.

Pile-Turner is operated simply and easily by pressing a button on the control panel.
