For the production of pipe geometries with bending radii from 1.5xD
→ Maximum bending capacity: pipe 42.4 x 3.25 mm (steel max. Re 240 N/mm²)

→ Maximum bending capacity: pipe 42.4 x 2 mm (stainless steel max. Rp0.2 260 N/mm²)

Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and twisting axes. The control system's touchscreen display enables simple and intuitive programming and operation of the system. After the pipe is inserted, it is secured in the carriage by the chuck. This enables precise positioning of the pipe and thus the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. The standard also includes a check of the pipe geometry before the bending process: If the bending process is started in the wrong position, the machine will not issue a release. This eliminates the risk of incorrect operation. Optional additional features provide greater convenience and increase output, thus increasing the efficiency of the system.
Data exchange from the optional TBS-3D pipe calculation program (PC version) takes place via USB stick or network. Existing pipe geometries can be imported using the software.
