The electronic divider-rounder model ATHENA LARGE PLUS is designed for the production of round rolls, hamburger buns, pita bread, and pizza bases.

The machine, suitable for working with soft and semi-firm doughs, is equipped with a Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper with an approximate capacity of 25 kg, and can be fed by a suitable dough feeder.
The dough is gently handled by a star-shaped dosing system and compressed into the dividing chambers, which are precisely adjustable to achieve the desired weight.
Once the weight has been set using the TOUCH SCREEN control panel, the dough pieces are ejected and enter the rounding drum, which can be easily exchanged according to the required weight range.
During machine operation, it is possible to adjust both the rounding speed and production speed independently and simultaneously via the TOUCH SCREEN control panel. At the end of the process, the adequately rounded dough pieces are deposited on the 800 mm long discharge conveyors (standard equipment).
The TOUCH SCREEN control panel with 50 programmable memory settings and PLC-based operation management allows weight, production speed, and rounding speed to be set. Hourly output is 1,000–2,500 pieces per row (42 cycles/min).
