SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Vertical Storage Lift

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical storage lift designed for the efficient storage and order picking of small parts according to the goods-to-person principle. It is characterized by high storage density and ergonomic ease of use.

Features and Benefits
Goods-to-Person Principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space Optimization: The Logimat measures the height of the stored items and dynamically optimizes the storage height, resulting in very high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various height levels to ensure ergonomic access. Optionally, the tray's reach depth can be further reduced, minimizing operator strain.

Software Integration: The storage lift is equipped with a standard PLC controller and can be integrated into customer-specific WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP) via interfaces. The in-house software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical rack and pinion drives, ensuring robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of the tray, even with eccentric loading.
