The electro-hydraulic upstroke cutting machine with motorized moveable beam type USC is a machine which has been constructed due to our long experience on this area of cutting machines.

They are characterized by maximum operational reliability and an optimal overview onto the working table when the cutting beam is retracted.
In the standard version of machine the working cycle is released by the contactless
operating security light curtain or via the 2 start buttons mounted on the left and right of the machine.
The stroke and passage of the machine are continuously adjustable within the specified limits via an electronic measuring system / potentiometer.
An eccentric load on the machine is possible due to the extremely stable central guide column and the arrangement of the two hydraulic punching cylinders.
The hydraulic power unit in the modular system is housed entirely at the rear of the machine and is easy to access for maintenance purposes. An automatic central lubrication supplies all lubrication points in the stand with a sufficient quantity of lubricating oil.
The electrical switching devices are housed in a separate control cabinet, which is permanently installed on the machine.
The setting of the machine by means of clear operator guidance is carried out via the touch panel on the side of the machine. A freely programmable controller processes the processes reliably and quickly.
