The shredder breaks down large, bulky pieces of Styrofoam, EPS, and similar materials with a maximum bulk density of 30kg/m³ into small pieces. The shredder reduces the volume by approximately 65%.

This machine is ideally suited for use in industrial and craft businesses as well as for wholesale and retail operations dealing with Styrofoam packaging materials.

Screen 12 mm: approx. 3 m³/h
Screen 20 mm: approx. 8 m³/h
Screen 30 mm: approx. 13 m³/h
Screen 40 mm: approx. 18 m³/h

Depending on the screen set used, the shredding process alone reduces the volume of your Styrofoam waste by a ratio of 3:1. Custom designs are available on request.
