Used Tetra Pak TCAP 45 2005 1000SQ Helicap 27Technical Specifications & Performance DataThe Tetra Pak Tetra Cap Applicator 45 is an industrial capping machine designed for the application of caps on carton packs within beverage production and industrial packaging operations. Manufactured in 2005, this second hand machine is configured for a production speed of up to 7,000 pph and currently operates with the 1.000 Prisma SQ format.Manufacturer: Tetra PakModel: 45Year: 2005Production speed: 7,000 pphCurrent format: 1.000 Prisma SQCurrent cap format: Slim capAlternative cap format: HeliCap 27Dimensions: 4250 x 2545 x 2660 mmWeight: 1200 kgAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThis capping machine is intended for synchronized inline operation, applying caps consistently to packs supplied from an upstream filling machine. Its operating configuration supports stable handling of the current Prisma SQ format and provides the possibility of conversion to the HeliCap 27 cap format. Electrical supply requirements are 400V and 50Hz.Electrical supply: 400V, 50HzCompressed-air consumption: 300 Nl/min at 5.5 BarDocumentation: Paper documentation includedProduction Line Integration CapabilitiesThe Tetra Cap Applicator 45 is suited to integration into a used bottling line or carton packaging line, positioned after the filling stage to apply caps before downstream handling and secondary packaging. It can support beverage production environments where carton packs require reliable cap application as part of a coordinated industrial packaging process. Integration should include compatible product conveyors, pack spacing, cap supply arrangements and line controls matched to the selected pack and closure format. The current setup is dedicated to the 1.000 Prisma SQ format with slim caps. A change to HeliCap 27 is possible, allowing the machine to be considered for production lines using this alternative cap style.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryThe machine is operational and has accumulated approximately 22,000 operating hours. This second hand Tetra Pak capping machine is supplied with paper documentation, supporting technical review, routine servicing and installation planning. Its operational condition makes it suitable for buyers seeking established bottling equipment for integration into an existing carton-pack production line.Operational Performance & VersatilityDesigned for cap application on Prisma SQ carton packs, the machine supports accurate closure placement at production speeds up to 7,000 pph. Capping machinery of this type plays an important role in maintaining pack usability and presentation by applying the selected closure format consistently before packs proceed to downstream packaging operations. The installed slim-cap configuration is complemented by the possibility of conversion to HeliCap 27. Format and cap-change work should be planned with appropriate compatible components an...
