TICAB Salt and Sand Spreader RPS 1500

Autonomous spreader of sand-salt mixture RPS-1500 from ТМ TlSAV
- is a powerful equipment for high-quality spreading of roads and pavements with de-icing materials, which allows to minimize the use of manual labour and reduce the accident and risk of injury to people. The spreader is equipped with a 1.5 m³ hopper with a scraper-chain feeding mechanism and a disc for spreading materials. Thanks to its autonomy and compact dimensions it can be used with any vehicle.

Sand spreader with capacity of 6 cubic metres (9 tonnes of mixture) for treatment of carriageway with anti-icing materials (sand, salt, sand-salt mixture) in winter period and transportation of asphalt concrete mixture in summer period. Sand spreaders are installed in the lorry body with the help of a crane.

- Strip treatment width up to 10 m, spreading density - up to 350 g /m.
- Adjustment of width and density of spreading - on the body of the spreader.
-Feed distributor is disc-shaped (stainless steel), equipped with a protective cover, height adjustable, equipped with a hydraulic motor.
- Power take-off of the hydraulic system - from the standard power take-off box of the vehicle.
-Scraper-chain sand (salt) feeding is equipped with a hydraulic motor, with protection against ingress of small foreign objects.
