TORNOS DECO Sigma 20s

Tornos Deco SIGMA 20s Swiss-type automatic lathe, including Robobar SBF-532 3000mm bar feeder, Mayfran Consep chip conveyor with drum filter (unique version), electrostatic oil mist collector, and an automatic CO₂ fire suppression system (Kraft & Bauer).

Fitted with a Fanuc 31i-model A CNC control, spindle speeds up to 10,000 RPM on both the main and sub spindles.

The machine features 6 axes and 22 tooling positions:

Main spindle: 12 positions, 6 of which are driven (up to 6,000 RPM)
Sub spindle: 10 positions, 6 of which are driven (up to 6,000 RPM)

Also equipped with high-pressure coolant, up to 80 bar.

The machine can be inspected under power. Dismantling and transport are the responsibility of the buyer.
