Vollmer CHP250

CHP250 is an automatic machine for grinding the complete tooth geometry of carbide-tipped circular saw blades.

Version with two CNC axes and a full enclosure.

CHP250
On the CHP250, two CNC axes control the bevel grinding and the infeed of the grinding wheel. This is a prerequisite for grinding any tooth geometry on the front (face) or back (flank) of the tooth in a single pass.

Central lubrication and exhaust system are included.
Cedpeykmxtofx Adaegr
For effective coolant (oil or emulsion) cleaning, a Seitz-brand band filter system from 2010 is included. Up to 3 machines can be connected to the unit. The base is made of stainless steel. The condition is very good.
