The FluidWorker® 100 uses UV-C technology to reduce bacteria in machine tool cooling lubricants in an environmentally friendly and efficient way. It is also successfully used for chemical-free control of bacteria in process water systems, e.g. parts washing systems, cleaning baths, hardening coolants, etc. By using a FluidWorker 100 on the machine tank, biocides that are harmful to the environment and health can be significantly reduced. Biocides are the main cause of allergies, respiratory diseases and skin irritation among machine tool workers. The use of a FluidWorker 100 also generally increases the service life of cooling lubricants by at least 30%, thus saving costs for the replacement and disposal of coolants.

The FluidWorker® 100 works in the bypass on the machine tank. The necessary installation accessories are included in the package.
