Software: For all tooth profiles, including special profiles

Grinding process sequence
Step 1: After starting, the vacuum gripper removes the top saw blade from magazine 1. Transfer to the Woodtronic NC4, cover opens.
Step 2: Loader returns. The Woodtronic NC4 closes and the grinding program starts. The loader removes the spacer ring from magazine 1 and transfers it to magazine 2. Waits in standby position.
Step 3: After the grinding operation and opening of the Woodtronic, the loader removes the ground saw blade and places it in magazine 2.

Process repetition
Steps 1 to 3 are repeated, until the grinding process is completed.
Pre-programming possible: Grinding operation runs uninterrupted even during programming of the next magazine. The Woodtronic NC4 can be pre-programmed during the day and grinds automatically at night.

Measurables with WALTER Saw Check: Rake angles, clearance angles, diameter, number of teeth
Tooth profile: manual input required
