Built on a compact platform that combines a 5-axis sawjet and a 5-axis CNC contouring center, the machine supports diamond blade cutting for high-productivity straight and profile cuts, an independent 5-axis waterjet for internal geometries and tight radii, and hybrid strategies that use both technologies for optimized edge quality and process stability. The production cycle begins with ergonomic slab loading via a tilting table, followed by material alignment including vein-oriented positioning for visual matching. Primary cutting and separation are performed with automatic selection of blade, waterjet, or combined cutting.
