Cross milling machine Wema Probst QBV 200

The machine is in mint condition, less than 30 holes have been drilled.

The QBV 200 is designed for fitting cross milling and holes in both round milled or profiled logs.
This machine permits to make perfectly adjusted connections in rounded logs by three-dimensional manual adjustment.
Their fields of application are e.g. the angle joints for log cabin constructions, frame constructions or the wooden material for the “landscape architecture” e.g. fences, carports, palisades, flower boxes, raised-beds, guardrails etc.
The cross milling machine consists of a base frame in welded steel construction with a swivel-mounted drilling device and gas spring-supported drilling column as well as an adjustment for the position of the drilling column.
The wood is clamped with two centering vices. With the special tool (round saw), asymmetrical or end-face processing can be carried out.
The machine can also drill 90° holes up to 120 mm diameter in wood by flat drill.
