Reportedly unused since refurbished Winkworth model 16Z-63 stainless steel z-blade mixer. Mixing trough measures approximately 400mm x 400mm x 350mm deep. All product contact parts in 316/316L stainless steel. Approximate capacity 27 to 36 litre working capacity (product dependent). (2) 316/316L stainless steel z-blades driven by 4kw, 3/50, 1464/37 rpm geared motor. Unit has stainless steel hinged vacuum rated hood/lid with clamps. External 304/304l stainless steel jacket rated 3.5 bar working pressure at 150 deg.c. Unit includes electrically actuated tilt discharge mechanism. Unit includes ICS Cool Energy Ltd model iC220 chiller. Has control panel for mixer and chiller operation.
