XTON DPF Master Flash Professional PLUS

A high-quality device for the regeneration of DPF/FAP/GPF/SCR/EURO 5/EURO 6 filters and catalytic converters. Constructed entirely from stainless steel (AISI 304) and acid-resistant steel (AISI 316), suitable for all types of vehicles. The machine is equipped with a 275-liter tank, a high-pressure pump with a capacity up to 250 l/min, and an integrated filter drying system.

The Master Flash technology utilizes the full benefits of the hydrodynamic method, restoring filter efficiency up to 99.9% compared to the new one. It is completely safe for the monolithic structure of DPF filters. Properly adjusted parameters ensure that PM10, PM2.5 particles, soot, carbon deposits, oil, cerium oxides, and heavy metals are thoroughly removed, maintaining the filter's factory characteristics.

The pump with chemical sealing and electronics based on components from leading European manufacturers guarantee the highest quality and reliability. The machine is equipped with a filter contamination measurement system (backpressure measurement) and an integrated filter drying system with a temperature range of 70 to 130 degrees Celsius. The filtration system, expanded with a pre-cleaning filter, significantly extends the lifespan of the main filters. Master Flash technology, combined with the unique XPOWER DPF CLEANER chemistry, effectively removes PM10, PM2.5 particles, carbon deposits, oil, cerium, and heavy metals without mechanical interference with the filter structure, restoring its factory performance to 99.9%.
