ZERMA ZPS

ZERMA single shaft shredders of the ZPS series have universal application possibilities.
They are suitable for shredding heavy and massive parts that cannot be directly shredded on a granulator.
The large and heavy rotor of the shredder series ZPS , the low rotor speed as well as the high torque ensure low current peaks and thus avoid high energy costs.
Single-shaft shredders from the ZPS series are designed for a wide range of applications.
Depending on the task, the shredded material can be used directly in the manufacturing process, or it can be subsequently ground in a granulator.
The shredders from the ZPS series are equipped with a 2-step hydraulic system that prevents the rotor from blocking. Knives and knife holders are completely screwed into the rotor.
