Area of application
With increasing test volumes, the need for a higher degree of automation also increases
(compared to the Cflow). The Mflow is a modularly expandable device,
with which you can determine the melt mass and melt volume flow rate.
The basic version of the Mflow extrusion plastometer is designed for MFR tests according to method A
and can be upgraded for MVR tests according to method B. Tests according to the following standards are possible:
- Methods A and B according to ISO 1133
- Methods A, B and C according to ASTM D 1238
- ASTM D 3364
- JIS K 7210
As an option, you can equip the Mflow with the pneumatic weight lift with and without cleaning function, for example.
without cleaning function or weight staking.
The Mflow can be operated both stand-alone via a modern touch display,
as well as with the ZwickRoell testing software on a PC.
