Samples System to fill small bottles with small volume of liquid: Typical use is filling of eye drops. The system includes an container unscrambler, which sets the small bottles into an infeed line. Module to clean the bottles (water/gas) and inside/outside tucks (cap parts), filling and labelling the bottles. The system is PLC controlled. The total 3 cleaning processes with water plus the 3 cleaning processes with gas assures a very high cleaning standard without any water remaining. All liquid touching parts are made of stainless steel SS316 completely. - Specifications: Filling precision: < +/- 0.5%; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 120 bottles/minute; filling capacity: 5-30ml; 380V, 3.8kW; 6bar. All these specifications only are sample specifications.
