HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR GLUING WOODEN ELEMENTS TO THE THICKNESS OF HSKG
Category: VI - Hydraulic presses for gluing wooden parts.
The HSKG device is used for gluing wooden cut-thickness parts under high pressure of hydraulic cylinders. The range of achievable crushing forces per cylinder is 5-11kN (horizontal) and 25-55kN (vertical). The gluing of elements is carried out in a stack with the dimensions of the loading field. Stack forming is carried out by hydraulic compression between the sliding vertical beams and the vertical slats of the transverse cylinders. Both stack forming elements are equipped with wooden or metal inserts corresponding to the profile of the slat stack.
Gluing wooden elements from the thickness improves the quality of the frames, reduces the cost of machining, reduces the amount of wood waste.
