Groninger MFCS 201 RH – Filling, closing, and labeling machine – Year of manufacture: 2021 – Like new

For sale is a high-quality, fully automatic filling, closing, and labeling machine from the German manufacturer Groninger GmbH & Co. KG.

Type: MFCS 201 RH, machine no. 13902, year of manufacture 2021. The machine was installed and put into operation at our location in Solingen in 2022.

The machine has been used very little and is in almost new condition. In total, only approximately 300,000 containers have been filled with it. For the majority of the time, the system was idle and not used in continuous or multi-shift operation. Individual components, in particular the integrated labeling system, were not used at all in our production facility.

The verifiable new price of the machine without laminar flow was €630,000 net. The machine is sold without the laminar flow unit.

The system is designed for a capacity of up to 60 units/min or approximately 3,600 units/hour.

The existing format is designed for micro-screw caps. The documented filling volume is approximately 0.3 ml. The existing container has a diameter of approximately 11 mm and a height of approximately 43.9 mm; the screw cap has a diameter of approximately 13 mm. Other formats are possible; however, format parts would then need to be manufactured.

The machine features a Groninger peristaltic/hose pump filling system with a filling needle and automatic filling needle movement. The containers are automatically fed via a vibrating hopper and sorting unit and transported through the machine via a timed conveyor.

The screw caps are also sorted and fed fully automatically. The system features pre-closing and final closing stations, closure control, and automatic good/bad part sorting.

Integrated is a fully automatic all-round labeling station with a servo-motorized CAB labeling system. In addition, a Markem thermal transfer printer is integrated for variable markings such as batch and date, as well as a check for "print present."

The system also features recipe management, user management, diagnostics and service functions, a piece counter, alarm/event displays, and remote maintenance capabilities via a VPN router.

An original Groninger EC/EU declaration of conformity is available. The machine complies with, among other things, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU.

The complete, extensive Groninger original documentation is available, including operating, maintenance, and repair documents, spare parts and wear parts lists, format documents, pneumatic and layout plans, and FAT documentation.

The machine has been professionally disassembled by us and is currently stored safely. The disassembly was documented in a video. We can support the buyer in reassembling the machine and explain the operation and functionality of the machine. Alternatively, Groninger can, of course, be brought in for assembly, commissioning, and service.

There is also an existing order for this machine that the new buyer can fulfill if the client wishes. The client is from Switzerland and has an order volume of €60,000 per year.
