The ZALKIN capping machine is engineered for placing and sealing aluminum screw caps—deformable or non-deformable (for carbonated or non-carbonated beverages)—as well as screwing aluminum or plastic caps, or applying snap-on or floating closures. Output varies according to product type, container format, and fill volume, with a maximum output of up to 6,000 bottles per hour (120 bottles/min).
