The GP 1500 3Z is a versatile, high-capacity deburring machine designed for cleaning sheet metal following various cutting processes. Equipped with three independent "Z"-type machining units, this model features outstanding flexibility and throughput. In practical terms, the machine can perform up to three operations simultaneously: not only does it efficiently remove scale and slag after plasma cutting, but it can also deburr and round the edges of laser-cut parts—all in a single pass. The GP 1500 3Z accommodates a wide range of material thicknesses and workpiece widths up to 1,500 mm, making it ideal for both small and large components. With the appropriate tooling, the machine is also well-suited for intensive edge rounding and oxide layer removal. Operator convenience is ensured by a TFT touchscreen control panel, which provides continuous, comprehensive management of all machining parameters, including workpiece height, feed speed, and tool rotation. Each unit is independently controllable, allowing the operator to select the required processing stages for every pass.
