The F200 XL is a 3-station machine suitable for deburring, grinding, and/or edge rounding of small sheet metal parts. As its first processing station, this deburring machine features a grinding unit, followed by two combination brushes. The grinding belt removes burrs or provides the product with a fine linear finish. The brushes deliver the desired edge rounding and create a uniform finish on the surface.

The F200 XL can be optionally equipped with a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, such as stainless steel and aluminium) or a magnetic system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure effective fixation of the workpieces on the conveyor table, making it possible to safely, efficiently, and quickly process even the smallest workpieces (from 10 x 10 mm with the magnetic system).
