The F200 XL is a 3-station machine and comes standard with the brush height tracking system developed by Q-Fin. Combined with its simple button interface, this ensures that setting up and operating the F200 is intuitive, resulting in the most user-friendly machine available on the market. The machine is equipped as standard with steplessly adjustable speed settings for both the conveyor and the brush(es) and/or grinding head(s), allowing for all possible machining processes and finishes to be achieved. The F200 XL can be fitted with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, such as stainless steel and aluminum) or a magnet system (for ferrous metals), depending on your application. These systems ensure effective fixation of the workpieces on the conveyor table, allowing even smaller workpieces (from 10 x 10 mm with the magnet system) to be processed safely, easily, and quickly. At Q-Fin, we truly believe in a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for large workpieces. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to 5 times higher than comparable machines.
