RWT deburring machine possible configuration
Four-station machine:
1. deburring with contact roller grinding belt
2. cup brush for oxide layer or slag removal
3. cup brush for edge rounding
3. finish sanding via contact roller
The BSM series machines can be equipped with the following work units:
Sanding unit with sanding belt (R) - removes burrs that protrude above the surface of the material, removes scale and corrosion from the surface
Planetary disk brush unit (D) - rounds the edges, creates radii and removes the oxide layer on the sides after laser cutting.
Knodpfoudal Dox Aatoc
Rotary unit (A) with finned brushes - deburring and edge rounding without foil removal, surface uniformity.
Brush unit made of abrasive fleece (B) - pre-cleans and polishes surface material
These deburring machines are used for the following tasks:
deburring parts after laser cutting - deburring edges, removing oxide and finishing the surface
Deburring of parts after plasma cutting - slag removal, rust removal, removal of material overflows, edge rounding and surface finishing.
Deburring of parts after punching - removal of sharp edges, edge rounding and final surface finishing.
Deburring of parts after water jet cutting - deburring and rounding of edges, removal of marks after water jet cutting and final surface treatment.
Deburring of stainless steel parts covered with foil - deburring and edge rounding without foil removal.
