Schiele Impregmat EVO – Professional Impregnation and Coating Machine
This robust industrial Schiele Impregmat EVO is a fully automatic coating and impregnation machine, designed for high-quality and loss-free impregnation, glazing, and coloring of planed and sawn wood materials.​

Technical Features:
The machine is equipped with a patented double X-overlapping spray system, ensuring even application on all sides without material loss. With 8 or optionally 10 integrated brush stations, the EVO can safely and reliably process large cross-sections and solid workpieces. This makes it ideal for laminated beams, solid wooden beams, and board material.​

Working Range: Up to 500 x 300 mm maximum workpiece dimensions (optionally up to 500 x 500 mm available). Minimum workpiece length approximately 600 mm. The feed speed is variable, about 10-60 m/min., with a working height of approximately 900 mm.​

Materials and Durability: The entire frame is made of stainless steel (SS), aluminum, and plastic for contact surfaces, providing extreme wear and corrosion resistance. All drive elements are externally mounted and protected against corrosion. The brush movements are lateral and mounted on the top, preventing medium from entering the drive mechanism.​

Applications: Suitable for water-soluble impregnation and paint media, salts, oils, tints, and thin-layer varnish with a maximum viscosity of 25 seconds DIN 4 jar. Also suitable for solvent-containing materials.​

Efficiency: Special overflow nozzles ensure ideal saturation of all hard and soft wood areas. Filtered material is returned to the circuit, resulting in material savings and cost efficiency.​
