The Flowpacker is ideal for packaging different product formats in flow packs - whether flat, lying on its side, stacked or pre-packed.

Thanks to its design as a pre-configured machine, you benefit from fast delivery and can start using your Flowpacker in a very short time. Integrated 3D image recognition systems detect the position, location, height and quality of the products and ensure that the robots only pick the perfect products.

High quality sealing
Depending on the product characteristics and the desired film, the seamlessly integrated Flowpacker is equipped with one of four different sealing technologies. Especially for heat-sensitive products, we have developed a new and unique sealing technology: First, an ultrasonic sealing system seals the longitudinal seam of the flowpack, followed by a heat sealing system with a movable cutting unit. This moving cutting unit adapts to the variable speeds of the above F4 robots and thus guarantees high sealing quality with constant sealing times.
