Specialized jointer for the efficient production of cross-mustard joints.

The KSF-mini cross-mustard jointer is the product of STEGHERR's extensive experience in building these specialized jointers for cross-mustard joints.

With the KSF-mini, all common cross-mustard joints can be produced quickly and precisely. Even profiled joints can be machined on the KSF-mini. Precise routing is achieved because the workpiece is machined on three sides in a single clamping operation.

The tool is driven by two three-phase motors; the workpieces are clamped pneumatically.

The profile cutter is designed for the joint width. The saw blades that perform the flattening can be adjusted to the dimensions of the profile cutter using spacers.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.
